CNC Machining

Accuracy & Versatile

CNC machining delivers high speed, high precision, and robust rapid part manufacturing solutions. Our fully fitted workshop is equipped with over 50 high precision CNC mills, lathes, sink and wire EDMs, and surface grinding machines help us deliver custom CNC machining for many industries. 

The tolerances are controlled to DIN-2678-1 Fine for metals and Medium for plastics as standard for CNC prototypes.

Vacuum Casting

​Low Volume Production

Vacuum casting or Silicone molding is a perfect solution to small quantity demand on plastic parts, results in high-quality parts comparable to injection-molded components, while with the advantage of low investment & short lead time. Vacuum Casting also lends itself well to a variety of finishing degrees, and we can match the finish you need for your parts.

We can make parts as small as headphones, and all way up to 2m length car bumpers; a massive range of materials available for your projects.

How It Works (3 Stages)

A.Master model – CNC Machining

B. Silicone tool – liquid silicone is poured around the master model and cured. Once the silicone is dry, remove master model from the mold to get the cavity
C. Castings – the resin is poured into the cavity to create a production like replica.

3D Printing

3D printing, or additive manufacturing is the future of manufacturing and is bring us a new world of possibilities that we never have had before. Our in-depth experience of SLA and SLS 3D printing services enable us to deliver high precision, high-quality parts every time.

SLA is great for quick, accurate aesthetic models. A precise laser cures a liquid resin in the build chamber building accurate parts one layer at a time.

​

SLS is great for functional prototypes and parts. Here a precision laser fuses powder material together one layer at a time, to build accurate and strong nylon parts.

​
